Milder Soaps

Try using milder soaps, harsher soaps are not good for the hands as they may end up causing the skin to wear out, which is often caused by the loss of vital natural oil.

Get An SPF - You Need It!

SPFs as the name goes, it means Sun Protecting Factor;  soaps or creams with this are there to protect your delicate skin against the harshness of the sun when you are out there, either on the road, beach or even in your office. Any where at all, you just cannot guarantee a 100% escape from the sun. But do make sure you get a higher SP Factor.

Application of Moisturizers

After getting the moisturizer, the next thing is its application. Various Researches of skin care expects has proved that a better result is gotten when a moisturizer is applied on a slightly damp skin. Immediately after coming out of the bathroom, apply your moisturizer gently on your hand, massage it with the tip f your fingers, this will cause it to blend with the water which will in turn boost up the moisture charge.

Your Body Cream Matter

Try switching to a milder cream too, go for a cream with natural oil like 'honey oil'. Apply them mostly at night for better results.

Keep Them Close

Always go with your new paddy, never leave them behind, your handbag will do. It's not a load is it?.

And finally, always keep your hands clean!

Know Your Eye Shape and The Perfect Make Up For It!

We all know that you ladies with all due respect are the most complicated when compared to men. Everything about them is always 'complicated'.

And today we take a look at one of the complicated features, the various eye shapes. Take your time and go through each for we have made everything easier, very comprehensive.

                                                                                                                                   Credits: Oriflame

Monolid
Monolid, or Asian eyes, tend to be small, with no crease and a spacious brow bone. To accentuate them, we recommend a statement cat-eye.
Get the look by lining your upper lash line with a dark eye shadow, and draw straight across your lid. You want to extend the line to the end of your brow, slanting upwards to give the illusion of rounder eyes.

Downturned
The best way to neutralize downturned eyes is with a high-impact cat-eye. Apply a mid-toned eye shadow at the crease and blend upwards and make sure it balances with your eye shape. Then after that, do use a darker shade to create a cat-eye, curving upwards at the outer corner for extra lift for a finer and perfect make up.

Round
If you can see the whites of your eyes around your iris, then you have round eyes. Doe-eyed beauties will want to lengthen, rather than heighten, their eyes.
Rim your upper lash line in eyeliner, finishing with a mini cat-eye at the outer corner. Tip - leave your lower lid bare for maximum effect.

Hooded
Detract from a heavy lid by softly, lining your lower lash line in a neutral colour – we love bronze and chocolate tones. But steer clear of your waterline, as this will shrink hooded eyes further.
Instead, widen your eyes with an eyelash curler and lengthening mascara – they’re your beauty best friends!

Avoid Been Crushed When Crossing The Road

Be Concentrated...And Stay Alert!

I know it might seem funny or it might be a topic to crack jokes and laugh about it, but the truest fact is that many people still do not know how to cross the road; be it a double lane or even a single lane. Ignorance once is the case here.

Have you ever wondered why people keep getting hit by cars, motorcyclists and even bikes. They even get hit by humans (funny right?). The truth is that they are either thinking, in a hurry, careless or just needlessly mopping at a lady's backside (if you know what i mean). So, why would you not get crushed by a reckless, careless or even a "do-all-things-right driver". He/She is not a perfectionists you know, and for you to be on the safe side you need to trash some habits immediately you hit the road.

STOP THINKING
At this time the last thing you should be thinking of doing is thinking. Just concentrate on you crossing the road without any stress and wahala (meaning troubles). Thinking will definitely take your mind of the road, and whatever your mind is absent in, you are like a malfunctioning ROBOT. So keep those your thoughts till you have left the road.

DON'T ACT RUSH HOUR
You are not Jackie Chan or Chris Tucker, so DO NOT RUSH when you are crossing the road. Where ever it is that you wish to go to, you shall definitely get there only if you are complete (no missing body parts) and alive. A dead amn can't travel.

BE CIVILIZED - RESPECT THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS
Yeah i know, you might think it is computerized or just a system controlled by boring humans, that might be true though, but the truest fact is....you might stop feeling your legs when you take that step when its red.

GO STEP AFTER STEP
This applies for a double or more lanes situations. There is not much to talk about here, use the ZEBRA CROSSING. Its not there for fancy.

According to the report submitted by the NHTSA’s National Center for Statistics and Analysis, 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE., Washington, DC;

  • Pedestrians are at higher risks at night than day
  • The most crucial hours for a pedestrian is 6th,7th,8th and 9th hour.
  • Light conditions contributes more to pedestrians accidents than weather conditions
  • Pedestrians are more likely to be killed between the hours of 3am to 6am and on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays.
With these you should be fully equipped for your road Wahalas (Troubles).

Be Safe!
Look Left, then Right, and then Left again before crossing.  Watch out for the driver and yourself
