Ripe mangoes have red, orange and evergreen colors and often have sweet smells and are very tasty and juicy while unripe ones are sour, acidic and produce uninviting smell.

Ways to Eat

Sour and unripe mangoes can be eaten raw with salt or chillie, and cal also be used to make various sauce, while ripe mangoes can be eaten raw by slicing into layers or munched.
Mangoes are used to make juices, ice creams, flavors and cocktails.
